For Sale: Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp

Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp is from Sulawesi, Indonesia and can be found in some lakes in Sulawesi. Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp it is highly recommended that to keep the temperature of at least 82 F or 28 C. If lower than 82 F or 28 C, it’s can kill this shrimps. Recommended that you keep this species in a tank with hard water and a pH of no less than 7.0. Cardinal Shrimp can also keep in the same tank with a few other species from Sulawesi shrimps.

How to setup tank for Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp

For sale Cardinal Shrimp, the price is about RM 25 to RM 30 fo each. If you want to buy it, I recommended you to setup the tank first before you buy it. Make the aquarium tank stable for 2 or 3 months with the cycling water. After you confirm your tank is stable enough, just buy less than 10 pcs and let they live in the tank for 2 or 3 weeks for the first time. After they are stable in the tank, you can buy more but not too many in a small tank.

The temperature for Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp is always above 28 C. pH water for Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp is more than 7.0. You can use crush coral for maintain the pH water. Don’t use soil (like ADA, Benibachi and etc.) except the soil can make the pH water above 7.0.
